Jake Padgett

Jake is a true Prescott native having been born at the Prescott Yavapai Regional Medical Center, was raised down the hill in Skull Valley and graduated High school from Orme. He started his professional career in finance and jumped into real estate in 2019 when he realized his love for helping his community. Jake and his wife, Veronica, are the parents of three beautiful children Jim, Molly and Brayden. He is really passionate about all things that involve the kids, Star Wars, hockey, soccer, travel and any community events.

On his off time, Jake runs The Prescott Spice Company, a local spice and rub company, with his best friend. He volunteers as the assistant coach for his kids hockey team and spends countless hours exploring our beautiful community with his kids. When Jake isn’t mixing and selling spices, or playing with his kids, you can find him training and building his team, The Padgett Group.

Jake has found that his deep integration in the community and long-lasting relationships have helped him cultivate a thriving business based around the care of his clients. Time and time again, his clients come back to him for all of their buying and selling needs because they know, without fail, Jake has their back and will help them nonstop, no matter the difficulty of the task. Being a true native has given him a passion for helping you, and your loved ones make this community even more special by calling it home.

Veronica Hoey

Veronica has spent her life in the Prescott area calling it home. She was raised in Prescott Valley in a large family (she’s one of nine), graduated high school at Bradshaw Mountain High School, got several associates degrees at Yavapai College, and decided to take on her real estate venture in 2014.

Her purpose is found in raising her three children, Jim, Molly and Brayden. When Veronica isn’t caring for her kids and running her real estate business, you may find her crocheting blankets, getting her hands dirty in her garden, hiking a local trail, and working on home improvements around her beautiful Prescott home. Alongside Jake, Veronica helps train and care for all of the incredible agents on their team, The Padgett Group. Veronica also has a heart for the local Mom community and volunteers for a group that helps uplift moms so they don’t feel so isolated in every season they’re in.

Veronica has a passion for contract law and spends a lot of time studying the real estate contracts and addenda to help her clients win in this ever changing market. Along with her love of the contract, Veronica enjoys creating a low stress environment for her clients and has wonderful systems for caring for her clients before, during, and long after their real estate transaction. How can Veronica help you make Prescott your Hometown?
